The Problem

Steel buyers manage pricing across multiple suppliers, each with hundreds of tariff tables that change frequently. Calculating prices requires cross-referencing material specs, supplier agreements, and current rates — a manual process prone to errors and delays.

The Solution

A full pricing management platform with three AI integration points: a conversational assistant that fills calculation forms from natural language and queries pricing data, an email parser that interprets supplier price change notifications and suggests table updates (with human approval), and OCR-based PDF digitization that extracts tariff data from supplier documents for import.
